Det norske oljeselskap ASA has initiated production from Jette. The first well is in production, and with good results. This is the first oil produced by Det norske as operator, representing a milestone for the company.

Terje Solheim has been appointed general manager of Det norskes Harstad office. Terje will be responsible for management of the office, be central in monitoring the company's High North policy and an important professional resource in preparing and planning operations.

The “Fault Margin” appraisal well in PL 265 on the Johan Sverdrup discovery is in the process of being completed. Det norske oljeselskap ASA is of the opinion that the well results are very good.
