Sverre Skogen – Chairman of the Board Mr Sverre Skogen (born 1956) holds an M.Sc and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Mr Skogen has previously held several executive positions in the oil and gas industry, including as CEO of Aker Maritime ASA (from 1997 to 2001), of the amalgamated Aker Kværner O&G (2001 - 2002), of PGS Production (2003 - 2005), and of AGR ASA (2005 - 2013).
Mr Skogen has served on several boards in non-executive positions, including Chair of the Board of Intsok from 1999 to 2001 and of Rosenberg Verft from 2003 to 2005.

Kitty Hall – Director Ms Kitty Hall (born 1956) has extensive experience from the oil and gas sector. She has headed various technology companies within the geophysics sector for 25 years and has held several positions on the boards of both listed and unlisted companies. She currently serves on the boards of Sevan Drilling, Seabird Exploration and ARKeX Ltd. Previous directorships include positions on the boards of Polarcus, Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, Eastern Echo, ARK Geophysics Ltd and the International Association of Geophysical Contractors. Ms Hall holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Leeds and a Master’s degree in stratigraphy from Bircbeck College, University of London. She is a British citizen. |

Jørgen C. Arentz Rostrup – Director Mr Jørgen C. Arentz Rostrup (born 1966) has held the position as CFO in Hydro, where he served as member of the corporate management until March 2013. He started his career in Hydro, where he headed the energy business area and the Norwegian production and sale of oil, gas and power. Mr Rostrup has held a number of management positions in Norway, Singapore and New York. He played a key role in the merger between Saga Petroleum and Hydro. Mr Rostrup was responsible for the sale and marketing of Hydro’s oil and energy products from 2005 and member of the corporate management board until the merger with Statoil.

Tom Røtjer - Director
Mr. Tom Røtjer (born 1953) is Executive Vice President Projects in Norsk Hydro. Mr. Røtjer has held a large variety of management positions in Hydro since 1980, covering different areas of development projects. From 1995 to 1998 he was Project Director for the Njord Field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and was appointed Head of Hydro Technology & Projects. In 2004, Mr. Røtjer was appointed Project Director for the Ormen Lange and Langeled subsea gas development projects in the Norwegian Sea. He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from NTNU (1977).

Tonje Foss - Director
Tonje Foss (born 1971) is head of the contract department in Det norske. She holds a master of science form University of Stavanger and has 15 years experience from the oil industry, both in Stavanger and Trondheim.
The experience from the oil industry includes employment in Kværner Rosenberg, Schlumberger and Corrocean, before she started in Pertra in 2002, and continued working for Det norske.

Anne Marie Cannon – Deputy Chair Ms Anne Marie Cannon (born 1957) has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector in both industry and investment banking. Since 2000, she has been a Senior Advisor to the Natural Resources Group at Morgan Stanley focusing on upstream M&A. In her early business career Ms. Cannon held a variety of financial and commercial positions at Shell UK Exploration and Production and at Thomson North Sea. In 1995 Ms Cannon joined the Board of Hardy Oil & Gas plc with responsibility for business development and international growth. She graduated with a BSc Honours Degree from Glasgow University. Ms Cannon is a British citizen.

Kjell Inge Røkke – Director Mr Kjell Inge Røkke (born 1958) is Aker ASA’s main owner, and has been a driving force in the development of Aker since the 1990s. Mr Røkke launched his business career with the purchase of a 69-foot trawler in the United States in 1982, and gradually built a leading worldwide fisheries business, harvesting white fish and processing it at sea. In 1996, the Røkke-controlled company RGI purchased enough Aker shares to become Aker’s largest shareholder, and later merged RGI with Aker. Mr Røkke is Chair of Aker BioMarine ASA and Kværner ASA, and member of the Board of Aker Solutions ASA.

Maria Moræus Hanssen - Director
Maria Moræus Hanssen (born 1965) has worked in Aker since June 2008. Ms. Moræus Hanssen is a reservoir engineer from NTNU (1988) and a petroleum economist from the French Petroleum Institute IFP (1991). She worked for Norsk Hydro from 1992, mainly on the NCS, where her areas of responsibility included North Sea exploration, field development, the integration of Statoil and Hydro and platform chief (on Troll B and others). She was also senior vice president for gas supply and infrastructure in StatoilHydro.

Inge Sundet - Director
Inge Sundet (born 1963) is Chief Drilling Engineer in Det norske. He has been with Det norske since 2008, with several positions in the drilling department.
Sundet holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Eng. from NTNU (1988). Before he joined Det norske he was in Statoil (2001-2008), primarily working with well completions (Heidrun and Kristin). He has worked offshore as Drilling Supervisor. From 1989-2001 he was employed at SINTEF as Senior Researcher within Safety and Reliability.

Bjørn Thore Ribesen - Director Bjørn Thore Ribesen (born 1970) is Drilling Manager in Det norske. He has been with Det norske since 2007, with several positions in the Drilling&Wells department. Present position is Drilling Manager Ivar Aasen.
Ribesen graduated with a BEng Honours Degree from University of Newcastle upon Tyne (1996). Before he joined Det norske he was in Schlumberger (1996–2007). Primarily he worked offshore with logging, offshore management and as a directional drilling supervisor.
